This page of our Wind Waker Walkthrough will guide you towards Dragon Roost Island and the first dungeon of the game. On the way to Dragon Roost Island, Link stops off at Paw Print Island to gather a heart piece and his first Treasure Chart. After arriving on Dragon Roost he acquires the Wind Waker and learns the Requiem of Wind.
Once at the peak of the island, Link agrees to help the native Ritos with the task of calming down the Great Valoo. After being given the first bottle of the game, Link is able to make it into the first dungeon.
