Yoshi’s Woolly World details

Bill Trinen at Nintendo Treehouse discussed new details about Yoshi’s Woolly World. The game displays mechanics that are similar to past Yoshi games. The game will have two modes. Classic Mode plays like traditional Yoshi games, with many challenges along the way. Mellow Mode allows players to control winged Yoshi for an easier difficulty. Modes can be switched anytime during gameplay. Special Yoshi Amiibo will be released; unlike other Amiibo, these are made of yarn. Tapping a Yoshi Amiibo adds a second Yoshi to the game, even during single player. The second Yoshi functions much like a second player. The Amiibo will be available this fall, available in green, pink, and blue.
