Twilight Princess HD has been confirmed for the Wii U during the recently finished Nintendo Direct. It was also revealed that Nintendo would be releasing a new amiibo to celebrate the occasion, Wolf Link.
This amiibo, and the five other Zelda themed amiibos will be compatible with the game upon its launch.
