Here’s a new thing that we’re doing at LegendZelda.net. We’ll be posting weekly fanart to show how much the fans care about our favorite series. Anyways, this week’s piece of art was drawn by KrisCynical of deviantArt.com. In the picture, you can see the Hero of Time, Princess Zelda and her alter ego, Sheik, and the sages for which the picture was named.
The attention to detail is amazing. From the addition of the Spiritual Stones to the inclusion of the Six Medallions, this piece of art is very well made. Some of you might be wondering “Why is Kaepora Gaebora in the picture?” Well my uneducated Zelda friends, that is because Kaepora Gaebora, or more commonly known as the annoying owl, is indeed the reincarnation of an ancient sage! In Ocarina of Time while wearing the Mask of Truth, if you talk to a certain Gossip Stone, it tells you that Kaepora Gaebora is actually a sage. Many believe that he is actually Rauru, but that’s a theory we’ll discuss later in the week.
