The Twilight Princess DLC for Hyrule Warriors will be out on November 27. As previously mentioned, Twili Princess Midna will be a playable character.
We can also confirm that there are some Twilight Princess skins being applied to Link and Zelda. This is not to be confused with the Amazon per-order DLC. Adding to the collection will be:

As for weapons, Midna will be using the Mirror of Twilight, and Zelda will harness the Dominion Rod.
Also, Ganondorf is getting some 8-bit weaponry, along with a new adventure map.
The Twilight Princess DLC will be available on November 27 for $7.99. If you purchase the season pass for $19.99, you’ll automatically get the download. Season pass holders also have Dark Link, which also makes for Dark Epona when used.
