Triforce Heroes Announced: New Co-op Zelda 3DS Title

A new Legend of Zelda 3DS game called Triforce Heroes has been announced. It is a cooperative Legend of Zelda title that will put an emphasis on gamers working together.

The idea of a totem was made to encourage gamers to work together to solve puzzles. Various “Links” are able to stand on one another to create that totem.

The game takes place in a different kingdom with a love for fashion. Changing Link’s outfit can change his abilities.

Triforce Heroes will release in the Fall of 2015.

During their digital event at E3 today, Nintendo announced a brand new multiplayer Zelda game, titled The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes. It will feature up to 3-player co-operative dungeon crawling with a brand new “totem” mechanic enabling player to hop on each other’s shoulders to reach bring a new layer of problem-solving to the Zelda franchise. There will also be changeable costumes that allow for different moves; costumes featured so far include one that allows you to throw giant bombs between each other and another that allows for massive spinning sword attacks. Tri Force Heroes is due to be released in the fall of 2015.
