Skull Kid Playable and Phantom Ganon Appears as a Boss in Hyrule Warriors Legends

A new issue of Japanese magazine Famitsu was released this week, and with it came surprising new information about Hyrule Warriors Legends. It was revealed in the magazine that everyone’s favorite mask-wearing imp Skull Kid will be a playable character in the upcoming 3DS title, while Phantom Ganon will be a boss. It appears Skull Kid will use an ocarina as a weapon during battle and will have a fairy at his side as well.

Hyrule Warriors Legends will be releasing for 3DS on January 21st in Japan, and in Q1 2016 in North America and Europe.
