In the original Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64 there was an item called the Stone of Agony, which after acquired by Link, would take advantage of the N64 controller’s rumble pack and vibrate whenever Link was close to a hidden hole in the ground.

In future re-releases of Ocarina of Time the Stone of Agony was rendered useless as the remakes did not have the same rumble capability that the N64 controller did. To get around this problem in the upcoming Ocarina of Time 3D remake, Nintendo has scrapped the Stone of Agony and come up with an alternate called the Shard of Agony.

The Shard of Agony as seen above will use visual and musical clues instead of the classic rumble feature. As always the Shard of Agony will be acquired by collecting enough Golden Skulltulas.

well… i thought it might tell how to use it? thats what i came to this site for. if somebody can tell me please do.
this may have nothing to do with this topic but there is 3 timelines in links past. there is a new link for about every game but they are all related. timeline one revolves around the games with young link and toon link and the second around adult link. the only game (that i have played) that have both of those timelines is ocarina of time, because in that game, you can travel between young AND adult link. the third timeline is what threw everyone off. this is one with NO link. like in ocarina of time 3d the guy who did that happy little windmill song in kakariko village is angry in the future as adult link and blames it on him for not being there to help them. as you can see (if you get what i said) makes the 3rd timeline the most important. now in twilight princess, the skeleton gut who sometimes teaches you stuff might be (this is just a good guess) the skeleton of the ocarina of time and majora's mask link. if so, that would be the first time a link ever talked in any of the games.
