Have you ever wanted to play a Zelda game in first person? Well now you can! The Wind Waker HD will feature an updated camera mode, which will enable you to play in both the traditional third person view or the new first person mode. In first person mode you can play the game like a FPS and easily snipe all those meddlesome Bokoblins that gets in your way.
Nintendo has also added some additional capabilities for your camera. For instance, you can now use it to take actual pictures to share via Miiverse. You can take pictures of proud accomplishments, selfies of Link, or a beautiful sunset.
One of the most notable improvements on The Wind Waker HD is the addition of the red “Swift Sail” and the more streamlined Triforce quest. Both of these features have now been elaborated upon. The Swift Sail ill be up for sale in the Auction House after completion of the Dragon Roost Cavern. In the original game the Triforce quest required the task of locating 8 Triforce Charts, paying Tingle a fee for each chart, and then tracking down each of the 8 pieces. In Wind Waker HD, only 3 of the 8 pieces will require a Triforce Chart.
In addition to these new features is a brand new Picto Box, new emotional expressions for Link, and a more challenging Hero Quest that is available from the start of the game.
