The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D will include a new and improved form of the Bomber’s Notebook. This news comes from Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma in the latest issue of GamesMaster.

The Bomber’s Notebook is a journal in which gamers can track their progress in a variety of different side quests. The notebook is acquired early in the game and is a useful means of highlighting some of the title’s other quests. According to Aonuma, it was Shigeru Miyamoto that suggested improvements to the Bomber’s Notebook so that gamers can further be made aware of Majora’s Masks’ additional events.

We were told by Mr. Miyamoto that he felt there were a lot of users who finished the original without even noticing all the hidden events scattered around the town. He said that he wanted us to make sure users were more aware of them this time around.

The Bomber’s Notebook will take advantage of both 3DS screens and will function in a way that helps guide players to the additional side quests.
