This is not an update that I would like to be making but unfortunately I have to. We are in some serious need for some user donations to keep the site afloat. As our viewership continues to grow, so does our hosting bills. Last month, as some of you certainly noticed, we met our site’s bandwidth limit a couple of different times. For those of you who are not sure what this means, I will give a brief explanation. Bandwidth is the amount of data that can be uploaded or downloaded from the site. Every time somebody loads this site a certain amount of our bandwidth is consumed.
So as our traffic has been increasing so has our bandwidth usage. To upgrade my hosting account for the year I will need about 100 dollars. Some of it will most likely come out of my pocket but I would like to ask you loyal users to donate what you can. Every little bit counts and will go a long way to keeping this site afloat.
