Anyone who has played a game in the Zelda franchise knows what a rupee is. These colorful pieces of currency are often taken for granted until an important item is required to be purchased to proceed in the game. It is at that point that the importance of rupees is revealed. This may cause gamers frustration as they scurry to gather up whatever rupees they can find as fast as they can. In Hyrule Warriors, the process of gathering rupees and saving has been simplified with a glitch.
This glitch is known as the Max Hyrule Warriors Rupee Glitch. The glitch, if performed correctly, will max out the player’s rupees. That is 9,999,999 rupees to be exact. Being able to perform this glitch would make purchasing upgrades, potions, and leveling up characters easier. So how would one activate this glitch? What is known about the Hyrule Warriors Rupee Glitch is some of the requirements. Originally, it was thought that the glitch only worked when Gohma was defeated. It has been found that the glitch works with the other Giant Bosses as well. Other requirements include defeating a Giant Boss without the killing blow being dealt by a Weak Point Smash, the weapon used by a character should have the Rupees+ skill attached to it, and that using Lana equipped with her Summoning Gate is the easiest method, but is not required. Any character can be used to activate this glitch.
