Help Fund Our Kickstarter Project

LegendZelda.Net is pleased to announce the concept behind one of our latest projects. Over the last few months, I have been hard at work on a secret project that will change the ways walkthroughs are delivered. I have been creating an app, for your smart phones, that will enable instant help for a game, simply by taking a snapshot of the area you are stuck at. By using image recognition, my app will be able to deliver instant content, in the form of video, text, and image media, down to the specific area you are at in the game.

This project has been moving along fairly well, and I do have a functional prototype. However this project is very pricey in regards to hardware and data storage. Due to the rising costs of this project, I have started a Kickstarter in hopes of raising some funds for the completion of this app. By becoming a backer of this app, you will get free Zelda themed prizes, and be entered into giveaways for giftcards.

We are asking for a total of $4000 dollars in funding. More information about the app can be found on our Kickstarter page.

    So, you didn't get the funding? That's a shame. Even though I was hesitant that you were creating this, it is a good idea. Although I think this sort of walkthrough would conflict against itself. Zelda has always been an open world adventure where you return to one location on dozens of occasions, it would basically spoil the game.

      Well I got 1000 dollars from a local grant to put towards it. The end goal is something much more ambitious and would work across many more platforms. I am looking for devs to work with to assist now

    Great concept…. However, I don't know many people that actually care enough to want this. Most Zelda veterans don't need walkthroughs, as playing through the last dozen Zelda games kind of makes any Zelda game to come a walk in the park.

    I do love the idea, however. Very innovative and I don't think there are any apps like the one you're making.

    My final thoughts on this? I give it a 9 out of 10. (With 10 being greatest) Only because as Crono previously stated, you're always returning to certain spots and this app has the potential of spoiling the game for newcomers to the series.
