Need cozy Legend of Zelda-inspired decor for your home? Residing in West Des Moines, Iowa, self-described “quilt addict” David McFarling creates handmade quilts through his Etsy Store McFrogling.

McFarling’s Zelda quilt displays many iconic items from the series. Buyers have the option to choose both the center icon and what items surround it. The quilt is built from 100% cotton fabric, thread and batting and the size fits a queen size bed. It is machine pieced with quilt store-quality fabric, then quilted wth a meandering stitch. Binding for the quilt is hand-stitched with a blind stitch and mitered corners, according to his Etsy listing.

McFrogling's Triforce Zelda-Inspired Quilt

McFrogling’s quilt is likely the coolest quilt I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

If fans want to take on a quilt-stitching project themselves, McFarling is currently selling a pattern for the nostalgic Zelda-inspired quilt. He is also selling a Yoshi and Mario quilt for babies and their Super Mario Bros-loving parents. These quilts make a comfortable, cozy addition to any Nintendo fan’s home.
