Nintendo has released another round of details regarding the upcoming Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds via a press release that was sent out this morning.
A few days ago we posted news about a possible second quest for A Link Between Worlds. This piece of news is now confirmed, and some new details have also been provided. After beating the game’s main quest, a second quest will be unlocked that is similar to Skyward Sword’s Hero Mode. However there will be more changes to the second quest, though details about this are still a but murky.
Nintendo has also revealed a couple of new mini-games that will complement A Link Between World’s quest. The first game, Treacherous Tower, is an endurance themed game where Link battles enemy waves as he works his way to the top of the tower.
The second game is called Octoball Derby. This mini-game is essentially a baseball themed game in which Octorocs are used as balls. Quite amusing!
