3DS Adds New Circle Pad

A scanned image from a Japanese gaming magazine called Famitsu was leaked online showing an extra attachment for the Nintendo 3DS which features a circle pad on the right side.  Supposedly this will be an official Nintendo accessory for the 3DS, and will be introduced in the near future. Some speculation enlightens to the fact that this accessory may be foreshadowing to Nintendo possibly altering the 3DS’s design to feature an extra circle pad.  What are your thoughts on this?       i agree. they need to have one set in place when it first comes out

    At least, if this is real, they made it so those of us who already bought a 3ds aren't screwed out of using it.

      yea we just have to pay extra to get an addon that should have been there in the first place and will make our console all bulky

    Hold on, let's wait a bit before we judge. This is probably a beta model, and it should hopefully go through a redesign or two before it's released. After all, Nintendo's going to have to be careful with this one after the 3ds problems. Let's give them a chance before we bash it, but let's also hope that it's actually worth it.
